Transformer

On site we give servicing like Erection, Commissioning, Testing, Oil leakage arrest, Overhauling, Filtration of oil, Painting, Protection devices like OTI, WTI, PRV, GOR & MOG installation & connection to tripping circuit, Transformer oil analysis testing, Replacement of damaged LV & HV busing & Metal parts, supply & replacement of silicagel breather, replacing Dry type limb/coil, maintenance of dry type transformer, OLTC Overhauling, OLTC repairing.

Off site means at our factory we do repairing, rewinding of transformer upto 10 MVA 132 KV class.We do all type of winding like Spiral, Crossover, Helical, Disc, Edge & Foil winding.

Upcoming we are going to manufacture upto 2500 KVA

Breaker

Erection, Commissioning & Testing for VCB for all class voltages. Supply spare parts for VCB. Onsite we test the breaker OCO.

Motor

We give repairing and Overhauling of motors upto 100 HP.

Structure

Replacement of CT/PT, Isolator Overhauling, AB switch Overhauling, replacing Isolator / AB switch, Painting etc..

Busduct

Opening of inspection cover and cleaning to remove dust inside the bus duct, checking of IR value of insulators and cleaning it by insulator cleaner to increase life of insulator and reduces flash / short circuits. Checking of any loose nuts.

We also provides rental & repairing service for transformers.

Our repairing shed situated at Tekkali with advance technique Testing machines and Winding machines.

We have a lot of customers across India.

We Give services for all voltage ranges upto 100 MVA 220 KV class.

We also provide you Breaker , Motor & Structure service.
